The staff is friendly and willing to assist you.
During my stay, I noticed that the cleanliness of the apartment could use significant improvements. There were hairs on the bed and in the shower upon arrival, and the dishes were not clean. The bathroom was quite cramped, and there was hardly enough space for towels.

The noise level from the reception is unbearable at times!!! Cleanliness could see some serious upgrades, especially in corners. Bathroom hooks for towels feel poorly positioned!!!
